Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your EcoBear Wear pieces. If something isn’t perfect, we’ll help you make it right.

Refunds and exchanges are eligible within 30 days of order fulfillment. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags. Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on refunds unless we made an error or your order arrived damaged. You may also purchase a return shipping label directly from us for convenience. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

If you need a different size or color, exchanges are available within 30 days. We cover the cost of shipping your new item, while you cover the cost to send the original item back.

Final sale items, custom products, and items discounted more than 30% off are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days and we’ll take care of it.

If an item goes on sale within 14 days of your purchase, we’re happy to offer a price adjustment in the form of a gift card or as a credit toward an exchange. Final sale items are excluded.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

We produce in small batches to reduce waste. If you ever need help with sizing before ordering, don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to guide you.

Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide and include tracking with every order. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Orders over $200 CAD ship free within Canada and the United States. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the flat rate is $15 CAD within Canada and $17 CAD to the USA. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are approximately 3–7 business days within Canada, 5–10 business days to the United States, and 7–21 business days for international destinations.

Preorder ship dates are always listed on the product page, and we will send updates by email as the scheduled ship date approaches.

All orders are insured. If your package becomes lost or arrives damaged, we will help file a claim to ensure that you are taken care of.

We recommend washing your garments in cold water with a gentle detergent, avoiding bleach, and air-drying whenever possible to maintain quality. For the best care, please follow the specific instructions provided on each garment’s care label.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes, our packaging is designed with sustainability in mind. We use compostable or recyclable materials and keep plastic usage to a minimum to help reduce waste.
